I'd really like to see a simucoin item that would allow you to reroll a character and receive bonus pools up to 75-100% of the ranks you've gained to make catching up to where you were easier. This would make rerolling less painful for characters that want to do a new class but don't want to change their name or lose a bunch of history on that character.

I've always thought it silly that you couldn't reroll (reguild) and keep your stats/skills minus guild only skills IF that was your choice.

I mean, I totally understand not wanting to make it a flippant choice (skillsets for one thing), but providing a leg up in the form of an experience boost seems like fair middle ground to me.

I confess part of this is selfishly motivated because I know a dude that would love to reroll to Necromancer from Cleric but doesn't want to lose a years' worth of ranks to start over from scratch, and something like this would make it just palatable enough to go through with.

I'm all for more Necros - I prefer a target rich environment.

People would abuse the system. You could avoid tert training completely if there wasn't some sort of penalty.

That being said, having to start completely over seems very punitive to me.

Surely theres a compromise that could be looked at, like a 25% reduction of all skills or something along those lines...
