That link is a brief overview of what Mentors do, and a little bit about the requirements.
We're still not able to hire F2P Mentors, which is a sorrowful thing. Also, despite how amazing Necromancers can be, they're still not on the table as Mentors right now, though with some of the changes in (and plotted) that may change!
