Happy Tuesday!

This week, we're taking a stab a couple of new shields for our high level crafters to hopefully help out with armorsmithing work orders on the higher end.

* The deflector is based off the existing skirmisher's shield and is in the difficulty 11 tier.
* The bulwark is based off the existing heater shield, but requires more metal and is in the difficulty 12 tier.
