Okay first of all my characters are still circle one and heh um still hunting rats and now they're too good for them...and also i can hunt silverfish till my stats go up where is the harder rats or harder animals where i can hunt!?!? By the way i can dodge them now...pretty sad ain't it?

If you are looking for a good step up from rats, try poths and badgers north of crossings.

Sounds like your characters are just holding off circling. Anyway, I send most of my character to hunt hogs and madmen after rats.

Just so you know, MGUTHRIE1 Rats are INTENDED to be severely easy. They're the bunnies of the critter ladder, if you will. I personally like 'em. Except for that exploding plague ridden variety there was a few years ago..

Ok, bunnies was a bad example. I didn't want to say squirrels though. Maybe simply: small fluffy reptiles of the DR critter world.
