Any chance you can look into Fire of Ushnish for clerics. It doesn't seem to be working properly now....

FOU... does not work.
You strike your heel against the ground.
You contribute your harnessed streams to increase the pattern's potential.
Streams of fiery silver-grey magma boil up from the dirt underfoot!
A zombie mauler is somehow unharmed as the lava flows over it.
A zombie mauler is somehow unharmed as the lava flows over it.
A zombie mauler is somehow unharmed as the lava flows over it.

FF works.
You gesture at a zombie mauler.
You contribute your harnessed streams to increase the pattern's potential.
Spectral red-gold flames shroud several globes of ethereal silver-grey light as they surge outward from your hand in rapid succession, hurtling toward a zombie mauler.
The spectral flames tear into the zombie mauler's back, searing desiccated flesh and blackening the discolored bone beneath.
The zombie mauler's rotting flesh blackens as the fiery globe skims over its right arm.
The zombie mauler howls in pain as the globe of ethereal flames hits it squarely in the left eye, sending it reeling and scorching the rotting organ.

Fire Rain works.
A blazing flame-like droplet lands a light hit to a zombie mauler's abdomen!
A blazing flame-like droplet lands a light hit to a zombie mauler's left leg!

Fire Ball Works.
You gesture at a zombie mauler.
A tiny ball of flame flies at a zombie mauler!
The fireball contracts and gains speed as it nears a zombie mauler!
The fireball whooshes past it, singeing the skin of its back.
The conflicting nature of the spell diminishes you.

Fire Shard works.
The fire shard glances off its abdomen, singeing it a little.
The fire shard glances off its chest, singeing it a little.
The conflicting nature of the spell diminishes you.

FoU deals purely elemental damage; the other spells you listed have a puncture/slice/impact component.

Those zombies are immune to all elemental damage. Should they be? I don't know, but nowadays we try to avoid immunities in new creatures unless there's a very good reason.

That clear's it up. Thank you!

I'll have to do some digging, but I thought FoU was a special case with the zombies.

Sorry, I was confusing FoU with HH, harm horde actually gets around the elemental immunity, or is supposed to at least.

Harm Horde bypasses armor (and shield) so if the immunity is mechanically tied to that somehow then it is probably why.

Well HH specifically bypasses elemental immunities.
Per Ricinus:
"HH has all three at full strength, ignores shield and armor, changes damage types to skirt elemental immunities, but is only for undead."
It's meant to be the ultimate spell vs undead stuffs, pretty niche so it needed to be strong.
