Can someone take a peak at the Storm Bull gen rate? This could be a much better option for many people if the Gen rate wasn't so bad.

I routinely only have one on me, and many people have echo'd the same thoughts.

Timer for pulsing has been lowered, so they should spawn more often. The rate was bumped slightly.

This change has been made in all instances. Feedback on the change is appreciated.
