Are they still able to steal just-dropped mining materials? I've not mined in the ice caves in a while, but mages were able to ignore the mining timer that Kodius put in place to keep mining materials from being picked up by anyone but the miner after a drop.

That's where they go if you push a nugget while your hands are full (for example, you're holding a deed packet and a shovel).
