More Young Wyvern Rooms 11/28/2017 07:24 PM CST
Since the fest ended it's back to crazy full time in the young wyverns hunting area. Please make a few more spots in there! Thanks.

Re: More Young Wyvern Rooms 12/20/2017 12:24 PM CST
So I'm not just complaining while not doing anything about the overcrowding problem, here is a 7 room expansion to the young wyvern area. One very tight packed and interconnected set and one a little off the path but not so far as to screw up gen in the area. Someone with more world building experience than me (first rooms I've ever written) want to rip into it and make it better, please do! Does the little map make sense?

1[Wyvern Mountain, Breeding Grounds]
Rising on the north western horizon large peaks block the limited view from this corner of the canyon. Signs of active nests lay scattered along the treacherous path that hugs the side of the steep cliffs.
Obvious paths: south, northeast.

2[Wyvern Mountain, Breeding Grounds]
A scattering of rock piles in apparently deliberate circles give evidence to the long history of the creatures that use this area as a rookery. The basaltic crags so common to this area are strangely devoid of any plant life. The rough trail opens up to flatter ground to the north.
Obvious paths: southwest, northwest, northeast.

3[Wyvern Mountain, Breeding Grounds]
A steep and impenetrable cliff face rises dramatically to the north end of the wide canyon. Sheltered from the fiercest of the north winds, the south-facing rock wall is littered with wyvern nests in various states of disuse. What little shelter the area provides seems cold comfort for the hearty beasts that rear their young here.
Obvious paths: southwest, west.

4[Wyvern Mountain, Breeding Grounds]
Sheer cliffs meet at the end of this box canyon. The inhabitants of the area have taken advantage of the nooks and walls to build protective nests for the young. The air hangs thick with the sent of days old blood; strong evidence of the game brought to feed the newborns.
Obvious paths: southeast, east.

5[Wyvern Mountain, Breeding Grounds]
At the norther end of this shallow basin area the trail terminates in a steep cliff. Piles of old discarded egg shells gather in banks blown together by the unrelenting wind. The cries of hatchling wyverns echo from the walls from all around.
Obvious paths: south, east, southeast.

6[Wyvern Mountain, Breeding Grounds]
This corner of the sheltered basin hosts innumerable nests. While no whole eggs are to be seen shell fragments are so abundant as to turn the ground almost white. The whirls of dancing shell dust, thrown up by the constant wind, put on a whimsical display for any brave enough to enter the farthest reaches of the wyvern breeding grounds.
Obvious paths: north, east, northeast.

7[Wyvern Mountain, Breeding Grounds]
The north facing cliff walls sport what little plant life can be found in the area. The rocks here are covered with green and grey lichen eking out an existence in this hostile environment. Large scratches in the softer material are likely the remains of some young wyvern practicing with it's claws for the first time.
Obvious paths: north, west, northwest.
