So, it seems like a maximum of 10 Cabalists can exist in the hunting area at any one time.
With 2 hunters in the area, each will have 4.
With 3 hunters in the area, the three split 10.
Possible explanations I can think of are:
1. The gen for the area is set wrong.
2. The gen is set up right but there is an unreleased room or something in which cabalists can get stuck. Doesn't seem as likely since the "maximum 10" thing seems consistent.
3. There is a lore reason for the area being set to hold maximum 10 Cabalists - like the Cult had only 10 followers. I tried to research this and couldn't find any evidence to support.
Anyway. When there are 3 hunters in the area someone is alway going without, and it would be great if the gen could maybe go up!
