My war mage is rarely affected by the blindness attack. Not really sure what stats fight it but once you have the right amount its not vary different from tier 1. I hunt there for the skinning fairly often but their non speacial attacks will kill me if Im not buffed to the max. Keep checking as you add more stats or try different buffing schemes. Tier 2 arent all that bad.
