Pirates on the Kree'la 01/22/2015 07:37 PM CST

When did the red sash pirates get taken off the Kree'la and replaced with the wimpy ones that are on the ship now?
Also, what is good to hunt around 170-180 in weapons and defenses? The pirates train weapons and armor but not debilitation or targeted.

The ones there now have been there for years and years. I think the red sash ones were the special pirate invasion kind which no longer happens, also since years and years ago. I want to say around the time the Seerah sunk.
