Go to http://drservice.info/Lists/Bestiary.aspx and enter (>160) in the Min Cap field and click any other field. It'll generate a list of creatures that teach in that range according to the Elanthipedia hunting ladder.

Glancing at the output it looks like that means twisted dryads if you want to stay in Zoluren, grey clay mages in Therengia, peccaries, fendryads and swamp trolls in the Gwenalion Fens of Langenfirth (Therengia), Nipoh Oshu on Aesry or Frostweyr Bears near Raven's Point in Forfedhar.

Give those a try and then move up the ladder if they aren't moving skills fast enough, or down the ladder if you're getting beaten up too quickly.

There's also an airship that flies between Shard and Aesry now that makes the Aesry commute much faster and convenient.

For Zoluren, I believe you are at the tail end of black leucros and nearly able to do rock guardians (no skinning). It has been a while, so I can't say for certain, but I thought I'd add those since they weren't mentioned.

Prereni. The spawn in there is so amazing. And there are three convenient tiers. Also we need more folks in Ilithi!

Just curious, but how did you come up with 160?

The hunting ladder min reqs are just an approximation of what the average character needs to start hunting there. Buffs and differences in stat allocation can lower or raise the ranks required. Picking a hunting ground that's too tough is just going to result in you getting beat up before you can lock all your combats. Too easy and it doesn't move pools as efficiently. I just looked at your shield skill which is probably your primary defense and lowballed it a little because I don't know what your overall hindrance, encumbrance, discipline and reflexes look like.
