Just returned to DR and looking for something to hunt, preferably with boxes. I was Premium when I left and had been in Quartz Gargoyles for a very long time and really have no idea what to hunt at these ranks other than those(not Premium anymore).

Circle 44 Paladin.

3rd tier snow goblins on Aesry would probably be suitable. Skins and Boxes. Or, you might try pirates on the Kree as well.

You should be able to hunt Leucros near crossing with that skill, pretty decently too.

I second the Crossing leucroes: I have a char that hunts there with similar skills and doesn't get hurt much. However, the char has more agility. Keep that in mind.

I've recently returned as well and am hunting leucros just fine as a circle 41 paladin. I find my skinning isn't up to snuff though. How many ranks are we looking at to come away with something?

Also, is there anything around Crossing that drops boxes and trains? Even if it's slightly below leucs and doesn't train as well? I'm not making much money with my lack of skinning... :)

Since this is the 150-200 folder, I assume you're talking about silver leucs that you're hunting? You might want to check out river sprites just across the ferry to Leth. I enjoyed them. There's also granite gargs down by Shard, which is at least on the mainland.

Also in that range, staying on Ratha you can check out Bawdy Swains.

Although my favorite box dropping critter in that range is the moneygrubbers/tightwads/etc. up in Muspari. But that's in Muspari.
