Neither one of the Simu games is really that difficult. You can cap most professions in GS with basic enchanted stuff. The second to highest hunting area features severe gear theft.

For my own part, I'd just like to see more high end ores (or woods) in DR if they aren't going to make those same 'uber weapons' any longer.
