The Elpalzi has them. By now we should have researched the explosives used in the elpalzi war enough to construct small, hand-thrown grenades to maim some of those in an area. These weapons would need to be lit in order to use. One effect could be temporary blindness from the flash and/or temporary deafness from the boom. There would also be carnage localized to a few victims per explosion.
