Quads and Pulzones Upgrade? 05/24/2016 03:05 PM CDT

Wondering if these were possibly getting any kind of upgrade with Tinkering being out. Tier 7 bolts are +1 in damage, whole these are typically only available at auction or special raffles.

Perhaps for new sold ones. No way to upgrade ones already out there.
