Maneuver Supplex Breaks all grappled opponents so if like three people engage on one, that one can break a grapple with a maneuver.

Well, when you are bend-over-backwards body slamming someone over your head i'd imagine every one else would have trouble holding on to a body bending over backwards + another body kicking and flailing past them.
