Are there any shops that sell brawling items (preferably hand or foot wraps) around Crossing?

In the province of Zoluren you'll only find them at the trader markets at player shops, I believe, which is likely beyond the cost you are looking for. I would ask around for people willing make some cheap ones or make the trip to buy some for you if you happen to be a F2P account and can't make the trip outside Zoluren yourself. The easiest accessed ones are sold all the way in Boar Clan, although there are a few guild-only shops here and there which stock them as well iirc.

I have found that the brawling weapon class is a broken system at this point and needs updating.

If you are using light armor then you might benefit from the gear.

If you are not using light armor, use your plate/chain/etc armor as a natural weapon (gauntlets).

I used brawling at level on a daily basis and have done some testing with this. Brawling gear is only beneficial with light armor.

Armor gives you a brawling damage boost when worn, but if you wear brawling weapons, they override the armor's damage. Chain and heavier do more damage than the brawling pieces do.

I suppose weapons could be useful when you are trying to punch something that heavily resists blunt damage?
