I want a goal of having the highest bone armor skill in game, what am I looking at?

blah, i'll have to keep training. have about 100 ranks so far with my paladin...

As a warrior mage who rarely even uses cloth and bone much anymore, even I am in the 100-150 range on both. Haven't trained either one in at least the past 3 months (proven via Saracus' calculator), if not longer.
