I use a shoulder tube for my spears. It holds 4 spears, 2 sets of throwing blades and my ash-handled flail from SCC. I haven't tried to fit anything else in it yet.

Backpack does the same...sans the spears.

Backpack will fit 100% of weapons. Only reason no to use it is either for RP, or box reasons.

If you're not holding an amazing amount of items in your backpack, you will always be able to stash a weapon there.

Note that almost any 'big' container stops around 10-13 boxes, and will not let you put more items in it if you're near or at that limit, depending on what else you have in there.

Blunts are a non-issue here, since it effects any/every item.

Blunt 'size' only effects sheaths, or similar items. Most back/shoulder items hold a ton, and some belt/thigh items do as well.

But anything with 'sheath' in it will not hold a blunt unless it's a rare/special item.

Thanks, went a head and bought a spidersilk backpack. Does that hold more than a standard crossing backpack (I hope). A friend pilfered a haven mattock for me. its 71 stones, compared to the 42 stone forged I was gonna buy, but the massive RT gives me just enough time to recover. It also seems to hit like a freakin tank. I love it : D

Basically all blunts have wideness issues. It irks me.

Your best bet it to get lucky and find someone willing to sell the rare huge sheaths/harnesses, find one of the "only holds 2, but nearly any size" harnesses, or commit hara kiri and die like a.... wait did I get off track?

I keep my light blunt, my swappable mallet, my short staff and several LEs in my weapons belt

I was able to stick the mattock you gave me, Caraamon, in my backpack until I got a morawen (one of the "only holds 2" harnesses). It's the really light one (42 stones?) though, if that makes a difference.

It might have even been the starting backpack, which was rumored for a while to be smaller than a regular backpack -- though I don't think this is true any more.

A backpack will hold any weapon that isn't too long, such as a spear. Blunts should all be fine. Virtually all backpacks have the exact same dimensions, including spidersilk backpacks, as far as I know. Spidersilk backpacks weight less than half of a normal backpack, although this is really a pretty minor difference in the long run. (Backpack contents are still full weight.)

I'd probably start with a flail as they tend to be lighter and better balanced. Forged is best, of course.

I actually have a swappable 2HB/2HE mallet that won't fit into my backpack by itself, so I carry a baldric to put it in. Funny thing is, after I put my mallet into my baldric, I can put my baldric into my backpack or even my thigh bag! Personally I think this is a bug, but I deal with it.

By the way JMF90, if you don't mind me asking, what is your class and character? Of all the posts I've gone through, I still can't figure it out, though I'm leaning towards a empath that loves getting empathic shock. ;)
