My char is a high agility/low strength char, and I'm trying to make LB one of my main weapons. Is there anything out there with at least fair balance better than the standard store bought cudgel?

A cudgel is a light blunt melee-ranged weapon.

well to start, unless something drastically changes with the new creation system, there are exactly zero forgable LB weapons. that being said you are at the mercy of store bought junk. The boko in Leth is not bad, but breaks rather easily. There are fest LB's out there to be found but truth be told....it is about as useless a weapon set as SS and worse then slings. If you are hell bent on a smaller type blunt....there are some killer forged maces that are MB.

Try to get one of these if you can.

The judge's gavel is a decent light blunt as well. Moderate impact at 20 stones.

I've been using the hefty bludgeon from Boar Clan myself.
