Greetings Mighty Spell Slingers,

I have fixed a number of bugs in the Vertigo spell, as well as changing the spell code so it now properly accounts and messages for hidden and invisible targets. The changes will go live today. You will probably notice some changes/increases in the spell's effectiveness in unbalancing foes in certain situations, especially when you knock them over, etc. The existing code contained some wonky balance settings/status checks which should be remedied by the fixes/changes.
