IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT NAME - Please be advised that changing your account name may causes a problem with the way your home information is stored. If you own a home and subsequently change your account name, no characters rolled up on that account after the change will be able to access the home.

This can be fixed by having your primary owner enter the house once, exit, then enter the home a second time. If you see the message, "HOME SYSTEM AUTOMATIC ACCOUNT UPDATE", then your characters should have no further problems. If you continue to have difficulties then please assist, explain your problem, and ask to be refered to the Home System Guru.
