Some time ago, Soloman posted on the Simutronics Q&A board about a project I have been working on regarding what can be called "imaginary demographics", or the size and population of Elanthia. Population being how many "invisible" people live in the different provinces, cities, towns and so on.

I've posted some rough numbers in the Elanthian Economy folder on the Trader boards for those that care to take a look. Its mainly provincial populations and some distances to give an idea of the scale of things. Once the project is complete, its possible that more detailed information will be made available.
