That's right, the new guild requirements announcement!
What are they you ask? Well, read on to find out! All responses to this should be placed into the Replies to Guild Guru announcement folder.
Changes by groupings --

We're losing that never-seen-by-anyone secondary/tertiary weapons average, and replacing it with the following hard requirements.
1-10 4 ranks in each of 2 weapons
11-30 5 ranks in each of 2 weapons
31-70 6 ranks in one weapon
4 ranks in second weapon
4 ranks in third weapon (starting from 0 ranks)
71-100 6 ranks in one weapon
6 ranks in second weapon
4 ranks in third weapon
101 up 6 ranks in each of five weapons (#4 and #5 starting from 0 ranks)

1-10 4 ranks per level
11-30 4 ranks per level
31-70 4 ranks per level
71-100 4 ranks per level
101 up 5 ranks per level

1-10 2 ranks per level
11-30 3 ranks per level

101 up 4 ranks per level

MAJOR changes here guys -- All previous survival requirements removed, and replaced with the following -
1-10 2 ranks in each of 10 Survival skills (your choice)
11-30 2 new ranks in each of highest 6 Survival skills
31-70 2 new ranks in each of highest 6 Survival skills
71-100 3 new ranks in each of highest 8 Survival skills
(the two "added" skills starting at the 20 ranks you already have in those)
101 up 4 ranks in highest 8 Survival skills

1-10 0.5 ranks per level in Scholarship (to replace the current Teaching req)
0.5 ranks per level in Appraisal
0.5 ranks per level in Mech Lore (new)
11-30 No requirement
31-70 No requirement
71-100 2 ranks in highest Lore skill (starting from 0)
101 up 2 ranks in each of highest 2 Lore skills (the "added" skill here starting at 0)
