Okay,

As I see it, one of the defining things of an "Urban Area" is Commerce. To think that a bank can be placed in a non-urban area is hard for me to swallow. The bank is what makes the area urban. I'm not on the World Team and there are many creative minds on that team that might find an IG way around this issue however for me I'm not going to dedicate a lot of time to it. If/when Trader notes or bank notes become a reality in DR I think most of your issues will be solved. I will ask the Trader Guru about this next time I see him.

Once again if the long term goal is to make you all self sufficient I want to focus our teams efforts to end rather than figuring out ways to make you all wealthy. Everyone can use the bank, everyone can hunt for plats, and everyone can spend money but that is not the focus of this guild.
