I just pushed the big red button for the younger players. They should at least be able to hunt with the spell now. You will notice some quirkiness, particularly those who are in the transition area where the young caps move into the high end caps.

This is a temporary fix so people can hunt, I'll warn you now. I am not happy with the kludge or caps that are in place, but until the new TM system is live, there is not much I can do about it to remedy the situation.
