Items dropped from hands now have the full 40 minute protection from the janitor and areas unloading.

There is no protection from other players picking these items up as there is with items popping out of a grave/glyph. This is intentional. There's got to be -some- risk.

Also fixed that pesky (ancient, ancient, ancient) messaging nit that gave a broken string if you died with an item in your left hand and your right hand empty. ;)
