TM 'Cannon' Template 02/11/2016 12:02 PM CST

Raesh mentioned in the MM guild topic that TKS was moving over to a 'Cannon' TM template, which was briefly described as a 'higher damage non-spammable TM template.' I was wondering if we could get some more details on how this template is planned to work, and what other spells if any are planned to use this new template.

Not many other details to share.

At this time blood burst is another potential candidate as is a new spell for warrior mages.

Thanks for the answers Raesh! How are these spells going to be non-spammable? Will they have a cool down on use, and if so do we have an estimate on how long it will be?
