Some folks were talking on discord and we would like to see some sort of functionality put in place to allow for commands to be issued for familiars without needing to hold the talisman. This would help for those of us who roleplay our familiars so that we don't need to pull out our talisman in order to talk with them. The most simple method we could think of was to allow talismans to be worn, but require a skill check in summoning and/or arcana to be able to use the talisman similar to worn cambrinth items.
