Gettin a bit frustrated here 03/27/2006 01:57 PM CST
Not sure, but I am thinking there might be some sort of bug in here somewhere. Please read the following:
>get origami primer
You get an origami primer from inside your backpack.
>pull envel
You get a sheet of plum origami paper from your envelope.
>
Tzero nods.
>read star instructions
You slowly read through the star instructions, pausing frequently to puzzle out a complicated fold. You might be able to do this if you're lucky, but you wouldn't take any bets on it. You think it fairly obvious where the first fold would go.
Roundtime: 3 seconds.
R>
Tzero continues to braid his grass.
R>study star instructions
You turn the instructions this way and that, but just can't make any sense of them.
Roundtime: 10 sec.
R>

I realize at this point that star is still too hard and so I go back to make another hat:

You glance at the hat instructions, and recognize this as a very easy project. You could probably fold it with your eyes closed; it certainly wouldn't be any kind of a challenge. You think it fairly obvious where the first fold would go.
Roundtime: 3 seconds.
R>
>study hat instructions
You study your hat instructions and begin to fold.
Roundtime: 10 sec.
R>fold paper
You must be holding a piece of azure origami paper before you can do that!
>
Tzero continues to braid his grass.
>fold origami paper
What were you referring to?
>fold plum origami papaer
Please rephrase that command.
>fold plum origami paper
Please rephrase that command.
>exhale paper

Smoking commands are:

Tap - to tap ashes off a cigar.
Clean - to clean out a pipe.
Smoke - to puff a cigar or pipe.
Smoke List - to list the smoke images you have learned.
Exhale - to exhale inhaled smoke.
Exhale (Rings|Balls|Lines) - to exhale rings, balls or a line of smoke.
Exhale (<player>|<creature>|<object>) - to exhale smoke at a player, creature or object.
Exhale Line <image name> - create a smoke image from one of your known images.
>
You poke a piece of paper, and realizing it has no value whatsoever, toss it away.
>pull envel
You need to have one hand empty to get a piece of paper from your envelope.
>drop paper
You drop a piece of plum origami paper.
>pull envel
You get a sheet of jade origami paper from your envelope.
>read hat instr
You glance at the hat instructions, and recognize this as a very easy project. You could probably fold it with your eyes closed; it certainly wouldn't be any kind of a challenge. You think it fairly obvious where the first fold would go.

>drop paper
You drop a piece of jade origami paper.
>pull envel
You get a sheet of red origami paper from your envelope.
>read hat instr
You read quickly through the hat instructions. You find that you recognize almost all of the folds, and think that you could probably make this without too much trouble. You think it fairly obvious where the first fold would go.
Roundtime: 3 seconds.
R>study hat instru
You study your hat instructions and begin to fold.
Roundtime: 10 sec.

Ok...thinking someone is messing with me and trying to make me crazier than I already am.
Someone check into this or has any else had this problem or any ideas at all?
Thanks guys!

Try:

fold my paper (best)
fold my red paper
fold red paper

Often when there are double adjectives, only one of them is a game syntax adjective where the other is just 'fluff' description of the item. I don't think it's origami paper. It's red/jade/plum paper. The 'my' descriptor should be the solution to all your problems here, however.

Also, if you've already begun to study/fold something it will not let you "do over" and that paper is ruined.

So if you pre-folded all stars then those pieces of paper will not make hats.

I second "fold MY paper" (with no color adjective). In your example you keep trying to fold the paper that's on the ground.
