I bought this elemental ritual focus at the recent Duskruin seeing that is was a wearable focus. Much to my surprise (yes I assumed) you cant use it while being worn.

You hang a series of diacan chains wrapped around an enormous flame opal around your neck.
>invo chain
Try though you may, you find it too clumsy to invoke the diacan chains while wearing it.
I guess I could not have enough skill to do this while worn? (Arcana 618)
or its a bug? or its intended....
Can someone confirm which?
