not sure if it's a bug, but i seem to be learning arcana just by being in a room with a lot of casters using cambrinth. If it's not a bug, when did this get implemented?

Spell recognition teaches a bit of arcana passively. This rolled onto the live server with the rest of Magic 3.2 whenever that happened this year:
