I'm not sure how intense the devotion bonus gets nor do I have familiarity with the distribution of holy mana in the game, but I think I could see glowing life mana in the room I was in starting around 75ish or so. It was kinda hard to tell because there were so few rooms naturally that potent.

Once I passed 90ish and could typically see the bonused mana from other rooms, glowing appeared in more places roughly about 100-110ish, insofar as I've noticed.
