I looked for a bit but was unable to find anything. Mainly picked it up for mass rejuv but if I can no longer cast PFE or MPP directly on people it kind of defeats the overall bonus to it.

However, rejuv retains its ability to be mass cast or targeted.

Is it intended to remove the ability to cast on others directly? It appears to always try to do group.
