There seems to be a weird bug with some spells and casting near the 'cap' for the spell where you should be getting a full +20% boost, but aren't.

If you stance to 130/70/100, casting REI at 90 mana I'm still hitting only a 19% buff. (34 min duration)

Even if the spell stance only applies to mana over min prep, for the purpouse of potency, that's 112.5 mana. That should cap effect, and push 12ish mana back into duration.
