I have noticed that the flag Noharnessshare off hasnt been working. Is this intended or is this a bug?

There's an ePedia page that has not been updated since 2016 that shows an output for HARNESS HELP in game that mentions harness sharing.

If you type HARNESS HELP in game, though, you can see that the harness share option is commented out.

We've discussed pros and cons of having it back, but no final decisions just this moment.

I for one hope that sharing mana is put back in game.

I always liked doing it back in the old days, but I'm not sure what sort of niche it would have in the current mechanics that would make it relevant.
