General Info: Architect Istave will be in Ta'Illistim. He will spin for 5 shops owners, who are citizens of Ta'Illistim, to change one thing in their shop. He will meet everyone interested on the Green. You must be the owner, not a partner. He charges 250k per service. All normal alterations rules apply, including supplying rare materials in appropriate quantities, if those rare materials are allowed.
